Connecticut Home Family Room
GailGray Home designed a living room for a home located in Connecticut. The home furnishings and accessories were hand-selected for this home’s unique style. The open-concept space allows for more design and décor ideas. This space is the perfect mix of various neutral colors that are both light and dark. The fireplace is a mix of some, if not all, neutral tones we see throughout the room. The tan and darker tones are similar to the shade of the ottoman/coffee table and the tray table on top. We also see the tone in the hardwood flooring.
The lighter toned stones closely match the colors of the sofa and identical arm chairs. The chairs and sofa are decorated with pillows of the same colors. The gray finish on the walls are also shown in the fireplace stones. To bring the colors of the space together, the flowered rug on the floor shows almost every tone used in the space.
The yellow of the lamp base and the yellow in the painting on the wall add extra brightness to the room and complete the room.
