Return Policy

If an item is in original condition and accompanied by a receipt, returns are accepted for full refund up to seven days. After seven and up to 14 days, we completely refund your purchase for store credit. No refunds beyond 14 days.

Exceptions to this policy are listed below. The following may not be returned or exchanged and are considered final sale:

• Custom Furniture
• Special orders from lighting and furniture catalogues
• Sale, holiday, and discounted items

Note: Unused balances on gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and will remain as store credit until used.
